About Charlie's Auto Collision Repair

Charlie's Auto Collision Center has proudly served the Greater Kansas City area since 1972, perhaps longer than any local repair center.  It is a family-owned business and functions with a highly skilled knowledgeable staff composed of family members.   The office is managed by sons, David and Greg, daughter, Deb who personally greet and visit with each client, explaining in minute detail our specialized services.

Word-of-mouth, and social networking, are powerful sources of our advertising.   We sponsor community activities and the educational school system by supporting their high school marching bands and other athletic events.

We take great pride in restoring your vehicle to its original factory pre-loss condition.  Our commitment is "We will repair your vehicle as if it were our own." 

Estimates:   You will be shown (via computer) the parts that are necessary to repair your vehicle to its original state.   

We communicate with and provide insurance companies detailed estimates of vehicle losses.  We are a designated Direct Repair Service and  (CPR) for insurance companies.  In essence, Charlie's does the
 "leg work" for you with your insurance company.

We understand the issues of being without your vehicle and endeavor to make every effort to complete the repairs in a timely manner.  At Charlie's, we are committed to serving our customers first.  Local clients are provided transportation from shop to home or work.

Our repairs are completed by highly trained and skilled professional technicians using the latest designed equipment and most advanced materials.
